Our goal is to provide participants with a safe, engaging, and supportive daytime environment while giving families confidence and peace of mind. We combine social activities, health support, nutritious meals, transportation, and compassionate assistance in one welcoming community.

Our Services
Support built around each participant's approved care plan and everyday comfort.
Nursing Support
Professional nursing oversight and support based on each participant's approved care plan.
Social Work Support
Guidance, coordination, and support for participants and their families.
Medical and Professional Visits
Access to coordinated in-house or visiting professionals when available. May include podiatry, dietitian, pharmacist, medical providers, durable medical equipment suppliers, occupational therapy, and physical therapy when scheduled.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the center may be available for eligible participants.
Nutritional Meals
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided during the program day.
Multilingual Support
Support is available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Hindi, and Vietnamese.
Daily Engagement
Activities that promote social interaction, movement, creativity, and enjoyment.
